Generate detailed BIM models and drawings for Mechanical and Electrical works in accordance with project requirements.
Work closely with BIM Coordinator on model amendment.
Participate in BIM coordination meeting if needed to resolve problems related to projects.
Actively participate in clash detection sessions as needed and contributing to seamless project execution.
Provide regular progress reports to the BIM Manager/Senior Coordinator, ensuring transparency and alignment with project timelines.
Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to develop drawings for submission, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and best practices.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in M&E/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Computer literate, familiar with Revit and AutoCad skills.
Minimum 1 years of working experience in Revit, BIM drafting, or related fields.
Knowledge of engineering design principles specialising in common M&E services design or equivalent.
Good communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff.
