Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Biomedical Engineer to join our team. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and customer engagement, where you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical laboratory and diagnostic equipment, as well as supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain medical laboratory and diagnostic equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Provide on-site technical training for laboratory staff on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed service records for repairs, calibrations, and preventive maintenance.
- Support the sales team with product demonstrations, technical consultations, and customer inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all field operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in servicing of medical/diagnostic equipment is a plus.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting electronic systems.
- Based in KL/Selangor. Willingness to travel within KL and occasionally to other regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
