Job Description

Role Summary: Administer and optimize BMC Helix BHOM, AIOps, Discovery, ITSM modules, and SolarWinds platforms for enterprise-grade monitoring, CMDB accuracy, event correlation, and automation. Ensure proactive service visibility across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

BMC Helix BHOM & AIOps:Configure service modeling, event flows, policies, noise reduction, root cause indicators, and anomaly detection.
BMC Discovery (ADDM):Manage scans, patterns, credentials, CMDB reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
ITSM Suite:Handle Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Asset modules; configure workflows, SLAs, integrations.
SolarWinds:Admin NPM, SAM, NCM, NTA; tune alerts, dashboards, device onboarding.
Automation/Integrations:PowerShell/Python scripting, API connectors, event-to-incident automation.
Reporting:Dashboards, SLA/KPI trends, leadership insights.
Collaboration:SOPs, runbooks, cross-team support (NOC/Infra/Security), upgrades.

Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on with BMC Helix BHOM, AIOps, Discovery, ITSM + SolarWinds Orion.
ITIL, CMDB, monitoring, event correlation expertise.
Scripting (Python/PowerShell), APIs, integrations.
4-10 years in ITSM/ITOM admin or monitoring roles.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid).
