About the Role

The BMS Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance of building services, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. This role plays a key part in delivering efficient, reliable, and energy-optimized building operations.

The position requires close collaboration with engineering teams, project managers, and clients to support system integration, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular maintenance checks to identify any system malfunctions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to system performance.
• Configuring and integrating various building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, security, and access control.
• Commissioning and testing the system to ensure IT is functioning correctly and meets project specifications.
• Selecting appropriate equipment and components to meet project requirements.
• Conducted site surveys and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization of existing systems.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferably with good knowledge of BMS
• Excel in time management
• Able to read & understand schedule and schematic
• Preferably familiar with Honeywell Niagara Framework
