To supervise the day to day operations of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Facility Manager/Management- To supervise and maintain the operations of all electrical installations including operation of the standby generator and air-conditioning systems in the building in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities;
Plan, organize and implement a comprehensive program (including both corrective and preventive activities) to ensure smooth operation electrical installation
- Lead and manage a team of wire men / technicians & facility resources to provide effective and reliable support services for all plant machineries, equipment and facilities
Attend to electrical breakdown, trouble shooting and provide regular monthly or yearly maintenance.- Carry out in-house electrical works including maintenance, inspection and testing as assigned by the management.
Develop and maintain records and reports such as equipment and supplies inventories, damage reports, preventive maintenance and repair records, key and lock index
- Troubleshooting high voltage equipment- Managing and coordinate maintenance team and shift Chargeman
Certified Chargeman BO (11KV) from Malaysia Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)
- At least 5 years working experience in the similar position required.
