Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BO Chargeman based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. The BO Chargeman will be responsible for overseeing electrical and mechanical equipment operations, managing maintenance routine-works, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role includes supervising daily maintenance activities, managing heavy equipment operations, coordinating repairs, and addressing any technical issues that arise. Effective communication and supervisory tasks will also be vital aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience in operating and managing Heavy Equipment
• Knowledge of Maintenance practices, including preventive and corrective actions
• Ability to solve problems, lead and work in a team, and follow safety regulations
• Possess a valid BO Chargeman certification (competency is required)
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance related to electrical and mechanical systems is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur
