Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Client test and board building engineers primarily responsible for manual testing, weekly automated testing, and board building and configuration.
The role demands solid hardware and software foundational knowledge and the ability to resolve various issues encountered during testing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing to ensure system stability and compatibility.
- Execute weekly automated tests to promptly identify and report potential issues.
- Participate in board building and configuration tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. Knowledge and Operation of Client Boards:
- Familiarity with the main components and functions of client boards.
- Ability to flash BIOS, install operating systems (Windows/Ubuntu), and install/update drivers.
- Proficiency in ACPI standards, including operations and debugging in states such as S5/reboot/S4/S0i3/S3.
2.UEFI Shell Application:
- Skilled in using UEFI Shell commands for system-level debugging and configuration.
3.Debugging Abilities:
- Excellent debugging skills, capable of accurately determining whether issues encountered during testing are caused by hardware mismatches or BIOS code updates.
4.Experience in Module BIOS Functional Testing:
- In-depth understanding and practical experience in BIOS functional testing for modules such as USB, Bluetooth, WLAN, dGPU, Audio, PCIE, DIMM, NVME, SATA, TPM, and raid.
5.Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work experience or successful case studies in related fields is a plus.
- Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
