Boutique Manager (Skincare & Makeup)

What We're Looking For:

• Lead daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance
• Drive sales targets and key KPIs with a strategic and hands-on approach
• Motivate, coach, and develop a team of Beauty Advisors
• Create exceptional in-store experiences through personalized service and beauty expertise
• Ensure stock, merchandising, and store presentation are always on point
• Collaborate with HQ to provide insights and feedback from the ground
• Uphold and represent brand standards in everything you do

What We're Looking For:

• 23 years of boutique or store management experience (beauty, fashion, or luxury retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident in analyzing retail KPIs and making data-driven decisions
• Passionate about customer service and beauty
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing inventory and operations
