Job description:

Responsibility

• Work to achieve monthly store targets
• Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully stocked
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain good store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Be able to understand customers wants and needs
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) processes
• Be actively involved in receiving new shipments
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Train new employees on sales and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or in a senior role
• Be customer service-oriented and able to attract potential customers
• Be able to work retail hours (shifts, weekends, and public holidays)
• Be willing to work at Naelofar IOI City Mall
