We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our People Team. In this role, you will work closely with various business teams to understand their hiring needs and support the recruitment process efficiently.
Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met.
- Facilitate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Agency Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and assess agency performance regularly to ensure service quality meets business expectations.
Contract Management
- Oversee full contract lifecycle management together with the legal team, including onboarding of new vendors, negotiation, and execution of agreements with agencies.
- Ensure timely contract processing by working closely with relevant stakeholders, while monitoring contract compliance and managing all necessary revisions, renewals, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Comfortable with a 6-month contract work arrangement.
