About The Team
The Acquisition, Incubation, & Ops team under Business Transformation at Shopee plays a key role in growing and nurturing strategic affiliates to drive engagement, traffic, and commercial performance on the platform, whilst also supporting key functions operationally. This team is responsible for bringing in new affiliates, helping them succeed, and scaling their contribution to Shopee's ecosystem, as well as managing operational processes necessary to grow the affiliate pipeline.
Job Description
- Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates guide them through setup and launch on Shopee.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with affiliates.
- Monitor affiliates performance data, provide insights, and recommend actions to improve growth, engagement, and sales.
- Work with partners and internal teams to align on campaign execution and promotional activities.
- Assists affiliates to understand Shopee tools, features, and best practices to drive their success.
- Coordinate with teams (e.g., marketing, analytics, product) to resolve issues and support smooth operations.
- BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) management ensure the outsourced services are delivered effectively, meet agreed-upon standards, and help the overall business run smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Experience in affiliate/influencer marketing, partner acquisition and onboarding, performance tracking.
- Data-driven mindset comfortable using data to make decisions and improve performance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools and strong ability to interpret metrics in a structured manner.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with affiliates and internal teams.
