The Branch Manager will be responsible to:
- Drive sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Maintain strong relationship with clients
- Develop and implement the company's business strategy for the country
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Oversee daily operation including sales marketing, logistics and customer service
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
- Monitor KPI and ensure efficiency acrossdepartments
- Prepare and submit regular operational and performance report to Senior Management
- Communication effectively with other branches to align strategies.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, customer service, and sales management.
- Experience in developing and executing business strategies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
