We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in the beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry to lead branch operations, drive revenue, and develop a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-value sales, client acquisition, team leadership, and branch performance, with the ability to contribute to business growth from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

Drive individual and branch sales performance and achieve agreed revenue targets.
Convert new enquiries and existing clients into long-term customers.
Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and packages.
Drive package upgrades, renewals, and repeat visits.
Utilize existing industry contacts and client networks to support new business development.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and motivate skin consultants, beauticians, and front-desk team members.
Set sales KPIs and monitor individual and overall branch performance.
Train the team on consultation, customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Build a positive, target-driven, and customer-focused team environment.

Branch Operations

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth customer flow.
Maintain high standards of service quality and outlet presentation.
Monitor customer retention, follow-ups, and service recovery.
Work with management to implement local promotions and business development initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the beauty, aesthetic clinic, or wellness industry.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory, leadership, or branch management position.
Strong track record in beauty/aesthetic sales and high-ticket package closing.
Demonstrated experience achieving strong monthly sales results.
Established client relationships or a proven ability to generate and convert new leads.
Strong understanding of beauty/aesthetic consultations, treatment packages, upselling, and client retention.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin language skills are an added advantage for communicating with a broader customer base.
