Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Branch Manager located in Ayer Hitam. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the branch meets its sales and operational goals. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, managing resources efficiently, developing and implementing strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The candidate will also lead team development, address challenges, and work toward continuous business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and delegation abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sales management, financial planning, and business strategies
• Experience working in the food manufacturing or distribution industry preferred
• Profound understanding of quality control, product handling, and warehouse operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and MS Office applications
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
