Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Cyberjaya. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff performance. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining operational efficiency, managing budgets, and upholding brand standards in customer interactions. The manager will also be responsible for developing and motivating team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in a management or leadership role within the automotive or related industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the automotive market in Malaysia and familiarity with Proton products is a strong advantage.
