Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring efficient and effective management.Drive sales and profitability by implementing strategies to achieve branch targets.
Manage and motivate a team of employees, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure the outlet is adequately supplied.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both staff and customers.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and other performance metrics.
Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.Coordinate with the central management team to align branch activities with overall company goals.
Performs any tasks as assigned
- High School, Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays- Have few positions in few outlets (mainly klang valley)
