This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional customer service skills to ensure the branch achieves its sales targets and maintains operational efficiency.

- Responsible for branch revenue (P&L)
- Develop project proposals, preparing commercial documents and project reports.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Responsible for implementation, reporting and reviewing of strategic and operational sales & marketing plans.
- Responsible for interacting with foreign principals on technical support and commercial/pricing matters
- Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model
- Responsible for strategizing and planning the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
- Responsible preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.
- Attend quarter sales meeting team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy and update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability
- Develop new markets and new opportunities
- Provide support to rest of the project team on project execution matters.
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Ensure projects are executed according to technical standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Monitor use of equipment, tools, and materials
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Resolve technical and operational issues on-site
- Prepare and manage branch budgets
- Monitor project costs, expenses, and profitability
- Approve purchases, quotations, and invoices within authority limits
- Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and cost estimates
- Achieve branch sales targets and growth objectives
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance
- Act as the main point of contact for clients at branch level
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and authorities
- Prepare regular reports on project status, finances, and staff performance
- Provide market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Possess own transport & willing to travel.
- Good communication (both oral & written) in Mandarin will be added advantage
