Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Supervisor at Loyang House Sdn Bhd, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining branch standards and policies. Additional responsibilities include financial management, inventory control, and implementing branch-level marketing strategies to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff management skills to efficiently oversee branch operations
• Customer service skills to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Financial management and inventory control skills for effective branch management
• Experience with implementing marketing strategies to meet branch targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Experience in the retail or service industry is a plus
• A minimum of Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Advantageous for candidate with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
