Job Description

This role involves managing client services, relations, presentations, customer service, key account management, and brand & activation on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Client Services, Client Relations, and Key Account Management skills.
  • Strong presentation and customer-relation abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in event management or related field.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of marketing and branding principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or related field.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Minimum 1-year experience is required.

Tasks and Duties

  • Able to liaise with clients (local and international) on their needs and wants for events.
  • Monitoring event goals and implementing measures to improve events.
  • Developing and implementing solutions for problems occured before, during, and after events.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with the clients goals and drive effective coordination.
