- Experience in event management or related field.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or related field.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Minimum 1-year experience is required.
Tasks and Duties
- Able to liaise with clients (local and international) on their needs and wants for events.
- Monitoring event goals and implementing measures to improve events.
- Developing and implementing solutions for problems occured before, during, and after events.
- Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with the clients goals and drive effective coordination.
