We are looking for a creative, high-energy Brand Executive to be the driving force behind the influencer ecosystem and community growth for one of our flagship skincare DTC brands across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. THE OPPORTUNITY
- Direct Impact: Own the end-to-end influencer strategy for a high-growth DTC skincare brand across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
- High-Performance Culture: Work alongside a leadership team with backgrounds from McKinsey, Procter & Gamble, and Shopee with goals to be the home to the Southeast Asia's best-run consumer brands of tomorrow
- End-to-End Ownership: Move beyond simple posting to managing full-funnel content for campaigns, from creative briefing to performance reporting.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Influencer Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and KOLs, handling everything from initial outreach to final content approval.
- Content Strategy Development: Ideate and write clear, inspiring, and conversion-focused briefs that align creator content with our brand identity.
- Community Building: Grow and nurture our online community, turning customers and creators into brand advocates through engagement and exclusive initiatives.
- Social Media Handling: Manage day-to-day social media operations (Instagram, TikTok, Threads) including content scheduling and community management.
- Campaign Execution: Support the wider marketing team in executing multi-channel launches, ensuring all brand touchpoints are cohesive.
- Creators Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, ROI) to provide data-driven insights for future strategies.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: You have 0-2 years of relevant experience in brand management, e-commerce, marketing, or other technical role, preferably at a fast-paced startup / B2C space.
- Category Passion: A genuine obsession with skincare and beauty, understanding the trends, the ingredients, and the top creators as well as wide knowledge of social media platforms (IG, TikTok, XHS, FB)
- Communication: Excellent writing skills for crafting briefs, copywriting, and engaging with our community.
- Execution Powerhouse: Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator workflows and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive & Eager: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced hustle environment.
- Aesthetic Eye: Strong visual sense and understanding of what makes scroll-stopping content in the beauty industry.
