Job Description

Role Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

In this role you will:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Marketing Communication Creation: Produce compelling collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Organic Marketing: Implement strategies to grow the brand's online presence and engage with relevant communities and influencers.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions using segmented lists.
  • Copywriting: Strong skills in crafting persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing materials and platforms.
  • Video Marketing Management: Proficiency in developing and managing video content strategies across relevant channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Referral Marketing: Ability to conceptualize and implement referral marketing programs to leverage existing customer networks and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Other tasks requested from your supervisor.
  • Other relevant duties assigned by your reporting manager / The Management from time to time.

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights).
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and campaign management.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) (a plus).
  • Working knowledge of video editing software (a plus).
  • Analytical skills and ability to use marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
