Job Description

Position Summary

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you are required to be an integral part of the Harvest Gourmet business team contributing to the development of the business strategy, and implementation of brand marketing actions.

A day in the life of an Assistant Brand Manager

  • Develops and updates consumer portrait, understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers.
  • Contributes to the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
  • Develops and updates consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand.
  • Responsible in managing PFME budget. Ensure effective and transparent use of PFME.
  • Responsible to ensure optimum communication with Sales and CCSD to develop an integrated approach to execute plans.
  • Assess market research/survey results, monitor competitor movements, analyze market trends, propose relevant strategies, and action plans. 
  • Ensure adherence to Nestle Quality, Legal, Regulatory & RIPA guidelines.
  • Responsible to maintain brand equity to support the execution of brand objectives.
  • Drive and maintain brand equity to support the execution of brand objectives.
  • Innovation and renovation activities of total product category
  • Execute innovation / renovation projects from product design to actual launch.
  • Co-ordinate the Cross Functional team effort to plan and deliver innovation / renovation initiative.
  • Execute product development initiatives.
  • Conduct market studies to validate new product development.
  • Special product development for customers

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in Marketing or other fields at Neste or equivalent FMCG.
  • Management Trainee's from Sales & Marketing are welcomed to apply.
  • Education: bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Business or equivalent
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
