Brand Executive
Job Scopes:
- Conduct research and analysis to support projects, including market trends, competitor landscape, client background, and insights.
- Contribute strategic and creative ideas to potential and ongoing branding or marketing projects to meet clients objectives.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Support proposal development, including writing and coordinating pitch materials.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional client servicing.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's service offerings and communicate them clearly to existing and prospective clients.
- Liaise closely with clients to understand, discuss, and define their branding and marketing requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, digital, and business teams—to develop branding or marketing campaigns aligned with client briefs, timelines, and budgets.
- Work alongside immediate superiors (Brand Manager, Senior Account Executive, Directors) to present campaign ideas, strategies, and budgets to clients.
- Assist in briefing the creative team and supporting the formulation of branding strategies.
- Act as the key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present creative concepts and deliverables to clients for approval, feedback, or revision.
- Prepare clear and concise client briefs for internal execution.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries and requests.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with agreed objectives.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to project and account management including client's offline & online marketing accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business/Advertising/Marketing/ Communications (Preferred)
- Intern/Fresh Graduate/Junior/Senior min 1 year experience in Design/Marketing/Branding field
- Have strong customer service skills.
- Have superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Have good organizational skills and be an effective multi-tasker.
- Have the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have strong problem solving skills.
- Have good negotiation skills.
- Detail oriented on work.
- Good presentational skills.
- Be able to work well under pressure, particularly when facing a deadline.
- Required language(s):English, Mandarin is a plus
