Brand Lead and Scientific Affairs Education (Oral Care)

Your new role

As the Brand Lead & Scientific Affairs (Oral Health), you will drive endtoend brand and scientific strategy, including KOL lifecycle management, clinical education programs, regulatoryaligned scientific support, and brand performance leadership. You will also oversee clinical study planning, medical content review, internal training, and crossfunctional collaboration with marketing, sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams. This role has nationwide portfolio ownership and supervision of Brand Executives and Product Specialists.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) with a valid practising certificate.
  
• 2-5 years of clinical experience, ideally with exposure to restorative, endodontic, or prosthodontic procedures.
  
• Strong background or interest in scientific education, KOL engagement, workshops, and clinical training.
  
• Advantageous: industry experience in dental/pharma/medical devices, plus commercial exposure such as forecasting, margin understanding, and marketing strategy.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and stakeholdermanagement abilities.
