Job Description

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end 360 brand strategies, including forecasting, brand planning, and performance monitoring across all channels.
  • Lead product launches with excellence, managing the full process from insights, activation planning, agency management, media strategy, and execution.
  • Drive above and below-the-line brand activity: ATL, digital, PR, and trade marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Conduct regular market, consumer, and category analysis (IMS/Nielsen/Datamonitor) to identify insights and deliver data-driven recommendations for brand growth. Oversee pricing, product positioning, promotional materials, and brand communication tools, while managing agency partners and the variable marketing budget.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience managing brands end-to-end in FMCG or a similarly fast-paced consumer category.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort with numbers; able to forecast, analyse data, and translate insights into action.
  • Proven experience launching new products in the consumer world, supported by strong planning and project management skills.
  • Creative, forward-thinking mindset with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent qualification.
