Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager/Senior Brand Executive at Camber Laboratories Malaysia, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role would be responsible for conducting brand management related activities, identifying customer needs and industry trends, and developing strategies to enhance product offerings. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales teams to drive product success, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product alignment with company objectives.
Strategic Management
To support the sales team with the right strategy for the product promotion and to counter the competition in the market
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies besides portfolio management
Operational
To select products by identifying potential ones in the market, conduct market research, generate product requirements, and determine specifications, production timelines and launch
Introduce and market new products by developing time brand plans with sales, advertising and production
Responsible for reviewing product data and ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new
developments regarding the companies or competitors products
Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for managing A&P budget effectively and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences.
Conduct CME's and participate in round table discussions by simultaneously working on the KOL development
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on Company's products and services
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and Customer impact
Financial
To prepare budget and plans for represented brands
People
Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work
Conduct both medical and product training to new sales force recruits to ensure they are ready to go to the field.
To organize/ support the team in various marketing initiatives and activities
Act as point of reference for all product related inquiries and work collaboratively with team members in Clinical Research and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise

Strong Analytical Skills and Market Analysis capabilities using IQVIA data

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
Knowledge or experience in product and brand management is a MUST
Bachelor's degree in any Medical Sciences, Biotech, Pharmacy, Business and Marketing, or related field
Desired experience 2-5 years of experience
