Role Summary:
As a Brand & Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with the brand and business goals. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level marketing planning, business insights, campaign coordination, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced fintech environment. You'll assist brainstorming creative campaign ideas with a cross-functional team, and deliver key organizational priorities, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Planning & Coordination
- Support in the preparation and coordination of marketing campaign plans and strategic initiatives, including festive, loyalty, and thematic campaigns.
- Help update and maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
- Support Market & Consumer Research
- Assist in gathering market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to help inform strategy development.
- Help summarize findings into easy-to-understand briefs or slides for internal use.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, product positioning, and brand initiatives.
- Support cross-functional collaboration by liaising with internal teams (Creative, Product, Customer Experience, etc.) to ensure campaign alignment and timely rollout.
- Assist in strategic initiatives & key projects when necessary.
- Plan & Execute Marketing Campaigns
- Support in partnership & product marketing campaigns / launches.
- Work with creative team to produce campaign assets & execute communications with various channel owners to launch campaign & sustenances.
- Monitor & Track Campaign Performance
- Assist in tracking campaign KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Help create simple performance reports to highlight learnings and improvement opportunities.
