About the Job

The Brand Intern role is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of our brand campaigns process from start to finish, including overseeing the planning, execution, and operational transition of all marketing campaigns involving brands under RPG's portfolio:

  • You will help develop marketing campaign concepts end-to-end with respective stakeholders and functional teams, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive campaign briefs, tracking documents, and post-mortem analysis reports.
  • Coordinate existing Online & Offline businesses, closely monitoring performance and continuously working to improve relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, foot traffic, and engagement.
  • Support the planning on interfacing activities in the retail space (e.g., in-store promotions, visual merchandising updates) and prepare clear, actionable information for retail teams to reach out to customers effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining product listings, promotional materials, and content across all digital platforms (website, social media, marketplaces).

What You Need To Have

  • Open to all final year students studying a bachelor's degree course for Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management or any related field.
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator with experience working closely with cross functional teams.
  • Comfortable with numbers & data driven analysis to recommend sound & informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, highly capable in utilizing intermediate-advanced functions (vLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
