Brand & Marketing Manager – Fresh Produce

Are you a creative and commercially minded marketing professional passionate about brand building, marketing campaigns, and business growth We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, develop effective marketing strategies, and strengthen market presence within the fresh produce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market awareness.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Develop trade marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, retail activations, and point-of-sale materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends and business opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and campaign performance to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support product launches and commercial objectives.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and recommend improvements to campaign effectiveness and brand performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or trade marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, fresh produce, or consumer goods is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, and digital marketing.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, external agencies, and promotional activities.
• Strong communication, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, creative, and commercially driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
