Role Overview
You'll partner closely with the Head of Brand & Creative and the core commercial team to shape and execute strategic brand initiatives. This includes everything from creative campaign planning to cross-functional project management, combining strategic brand building with hands-on digital and trade marketing execution to drive growth both online and offline. In this role, you will manage and execute brand marketing projects across international markets, ensuring consistent brand presence, impactful campaign delivery, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You will also be responsible for ensuring every brand touchpoint is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Management
Support development of annual/quarterly brand strategies and positioning
Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and budget management
Coordinate cross-departmental teams for product launches, promotions, and partnerships
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Project & Campaign Execution
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns in export markets, adapting global brand guidelines to local context
Coordinate with distributors, agencies and vendors to ensure timely rollout of initiatives
Manage campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables
Monitor performance of campaigns and prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
Market Management & Localisation
Assist in developing marketing toolkits and assets tailored for different export markets.
Conduct research to understand cultural nuances, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent yet relevant to local markets.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with internal creative, supply chain, and commercial teams to align execution across functions.
Support distributors and trade partners with marketing materials, activations, and sales tools.
Manage day-to-day communication with external teams to track progress and resolve issues.
Operational & Administrative Support
Track export marketing spend and ensure budget compliance.
Manage inventories of marketing collaterals, POS materials, and samples for events or promotions.
Assist with logistics coordination for events, activations, and trade shows in export markets.
Trade Marketing
Develop trade strategies supporting retail partners and in-store performance
Create promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and channel-specific materials
Manage retail relationships, trade shows, and in-store activations
Conduct category management analysis and monitor trade spend ROI
Analytics & Performance
Analyze campaign performance across all channels and provide actionable insights
Track KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and deliver regular performance reports
Requirements
Must-Have:
5+ years brand/marketing experience (preferably FMCG/consumer lifestyle)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business
Exceptional English communication and project management skills
Digital marketing expertise: e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon), email marketing, social media, paid ads
Trade marketing experience: retail partnerships, promotional mechanics, category management
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics)
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with MarTech tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot), marketing automation, CRM systems
Knowledge of retail media platforms and supply chain planning
Additional language skills (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin)
