About The Role
We're looking for a highly proactive and relationship-driven Brand Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Specialist to expand Comfort Works brand visibility and accelerate growth through strategic collaborations. This role will own our brand partnership strategy (including B2B opportunities), influencer outreach and management, and co-marketing initiatives that strengthen our presence in key markets globally.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to identify, negotiate, and activate partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships (Brand + B2B):
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities with complementary brands, platforms, content creators, and B2B partners.
- Develop partnership proposals and negotiate collaboration terms to maximize mutual value.
- Project-manage partnership activations end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand goals.
- Build ongoing relationships with partners to encourage long-term collaboration.
- Track and report performance metrics for each partnership, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Work with Creative to develop assets and concepts tailored to each partnership when needed.
- Provide quarterly insights and recommendations to refine the partnership roadmap.
Influencer Marketing
- Build and manage an influencer pipeline across key regions and niches (home dcor, lifestyle, sustainability, etc.).
- Own the influencer outreach processfrom identifying creators to contract negotiation and content coordination.
- Manage organic seeding programs, paid collaborations, and long-term ambassador relationships.
- Maintain an organised database of influencers, agreements, deliverables, and performance data.
- Measure content impact and optimise strategy based on insights.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to amplify influencer activation and postings during launches and campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related roles (preferably in ecommerce, lifestyle, homeware, or consumer brands).
- Proven track record of managing successful brand collaborations or KOL programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to work across cultures and markets.
- Highly organised with excellent project management capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset and proficiency in performance reporting.
- Creative problem-solver who can spot opportunities and bring them to life.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience managing B2B or channel partnerships.
- Familiarity with influencer management platforms (Influencity, Upfluence, etc.).
- Understanding of global consumer trends within home dcor or lifestyle segments.
