Job Description: Executive Brand Product Designer
Location: Perak | Budget: Open
Role Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive to manage customer service and artwork development, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, internal teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
️ Sales Support – Provide comprehensive customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Artwork Coordination – Liaise with external vendors and internal teams (Procurement, IQC, RA, Packing, Warehouse) on artwork development.
️ Vendor Management – Ensure packaging suppliers deliver first digital proof within 36 hours of receiving original artwork.
Process Automation – Collaborate with Oracle team to drive artwork digitalization.
️ Item Code Creation – Ensure timely and accurate creation of FG item codes.
KPI Compliance – Complete all artwork activities accurately and within timelines.
Reporting – Prepare reports for customers and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience managing artwork development projects with cross-functional teams (Sales, Suppliers, Procurement, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Hands-on experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
️ Must have experience with AI Illustrator software (essential for vendor coordination).
