Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing and building the brand visual system for Ant International, leveraging business and industry insights to establish a globally competitive brand identity (including logo, VI, and brand asset management).
  • Apply systematic thinking to analyze and summarize visual brand characteristics for different regions; manage and optimize visual assets to ensure brand consistency and high-standard quality across all online and offline channels worldwide.
  • Collaborate and manage suppliers and partners efficiently, provide clear professional direction and advice, and ensure quality control for consistent and continuous brand output.
  • Deliver high-standard, industry-leading creative design work that supports business objectives and demonstrates professional skill and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Design, or related disciplines; outstanding sense of aesthetics, international perspective, modern and youthful style (portfolio required).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Internet or design companies; proficient in PS, AI, and other design software; capable of independently delivering high-quality logos and brand systems.
  • English communication skills, able to work effectively with international teams.
  • Extensive experience in building and implementing brand visual systems from scratch.

Bonus Points:

  • Excellent working English proficiency (global work environment).
  • Experience in design for payment or financial products.
  • Led well-known projects or won prestigious design awards, both domestic and international.
  • Proven experience and successful cases in overseas advertising/design and multilingual version design.
