Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Assistant Marketing Manager to support the development of our brand strategy. The candidate will have strong experience in
branding, marketing campaign planning, and market research, with hands-on expertise in both
activation and digital marketing. This role requires a commercially minded individual who can translate insights into impactful campaigns that drive brand growth and business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Support in developing and executing brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and equity
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns
- Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements
- Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution
- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights
- Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Analyse data to support marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Provide insights to guide product positioning and target audience strategies
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Support new product launches and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in marketing
- Proven experience in:
- Branding and brand strategy
- Marketing campaign planning and execution
- Market research and analysis
- Activation / experiential marketing
- Digital / online marketing

- Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer-driven industries is an advantage
