Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the development of our brand strategy. The candidate will have strong experience in branding, marketing campaign planning, and market research, with hands-on expertise in both activation and digital marketing. This role requires a commercially minded individual who can translate insights into impactful campaigns that drive brand growth and business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management
  • Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Support in developing and executing brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and equity
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements
  • Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Analyse data to support marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide insights to guide product positioning and target audience strategies
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Support new product launches and promotional activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in marketing
  • Proven experience in:
  • Branding and brand strategy
  • Marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Market research and analysis
  • Activation / experiential marketing
  • Digital / online marketing

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail
  • Good understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with agencies or managing vendors
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer-driven industries is an advantage
