Proactively carry out inspection on the condition of the building and prepare report and recommendations for rectification or improvement.
Overseeing the work of external service providers, such as cleaning, security, and landscaping, to ensure high-quality standards are met.
To source contractors, vendors to facilities maintenance and operations of the building facility.
Manage day-to-day management and maintenance operations of the common property and facilities in accordance to house rules, relevant bylaws, and statutory.
Preparing and managing the building's operational budget, including monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Implementing and enforcing building policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the building's operations and maintenance activities.
Attend and assist in AGMs, management committee meetings, and update JMB/ MC on relevant building management matters.
Perform other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the supervisor or HOD.
Job Requirement
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Property Management/ Real Estate Management/ Building Survey/ Building Services.
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executives specializing in Maintenance/ Repair or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English and Malay for both spoken and written.
Knowledge Strata Management Act 2013, Strata Management Regulation 2015, and Strata Title Act 1985.
A good team player, aggressive with a positive attitude.
