Role Description

This full-time Building Maintenance Technician role is based on-site in Tanjung Tokong. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building security systems. Other tasks include troubleshooting issues, responding to repair requests, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. Collaboration with various teams and vendors to ensure efficient operation of facilities will be an important part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems maintenance and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of facility maintenance standards, safety compliance, and security systems
• Strong problem-solving and record-keeping skills
• Ability to manage tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate with teams
• Relevant certifications or licenses in building or technical maintenance are advantageous
• Prior experience in property or building maintenance and repair is beneficial
