Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Building Manager role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Building Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day building operations, including facility management, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role includes supervising building maintenance activities, coordinating with service providers and contractors, and ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and common area systems are functioning effectively. The Building Manager will prepare and monitor operating budgets, manage costs, and support long-term maintenance planning. The position involves regular communication with property owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders to address issues promptly, maintain high occupancy satisfaction, and uphold the asset's overall condition and value.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Building Management and Facility Management (FM), with the ability to oversee daily operations and long-term planning.
- Proficiency in Building Maintenance functions, including coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and service contracts.
- Ability to manage Budgeting activities, such as preparing operating budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.
- Knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling operational and maintenance issues.
- Relevant education in property management, facilities management, engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in building or facility management are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and lead or coordinate support staff and contractors effectively.
