Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Acquisition Manager (BAM) to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and strengthening Nexus Fintrade Limited's market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Represent Nexus Fintrade Limited at events, networking sessions, and business forums
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 57 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales management (preferably in financial services/money broking)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, results-driven professional with excellent relationship-building skills
