Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.
  • Maintain filing system for essential correspondence & document, maintain all administrative office record
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-3 years working experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication presentation skills
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independent with minimum supervision.
  • Teamwork, problem solving, patience, communication, able to work under pressure.
