Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into actionable insights and functional specifications while supporting digital transformation initiatives across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and process reviews.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for technology teams.

• Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support solution design discussions and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, execution support, and defect tracking.

• Monitor project deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful implementation.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or consulting-related roles.

• Experience in documenting business requirements, process mapping, and functional specifications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs.

• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or system implementation projects.

• Knowledge of business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.

• Experience working within consulting or professional services environments.
