We're looking for a Business Analyst to support digital solutions for online medical claims and member enrollment across Korea and Japan. You'll be the bridge between business and technology, shaping processes, translating requirements, and ensuring high-impact solutions.

What you'll do:

• Turn complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Analyze and optimize business processes for international operations.
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment of scalable tech solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

You should have:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in business operations or tech projects.
• Strong SQL, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with insurance, automation testing, or multilingual skills
