HIRING: TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST (Mandarin Speaker)

Are you a Technical BA with a deep understanding of Insurance Claims We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution for a major 12-month project!

This role offers a blend of Business Analysis and Project Management support, making it ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership track.

Role Overview:

Tenure: 12-Month Contract (Extendable)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Includes client-site travel)
Language Requirement:Mandarin Speaker (Crucial for stakeholder management)
Experience: 4+ Years as a BA

Your Core Responsibilities:

Technical Documentation: Create high-quality Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and project timelines.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams.
Claims Expertise: Apply your knowledge of Insurance Claims workflows to optimize system processes.
PM Support: Assist the Project Manager with tracking milestones, risk assessment, and resource coordination.
Tech Translation: Use your knowledge of SQL and software architecture to communicate effectively with developers.

What We Are Looking For:

Education: Degree in IT or a related discipline.
Domain: 2+ years of experience specifically in Insurance Claims.
Tech Savvy: Basic SQL knowledge and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM is a huge plus!
