Job Purpose Summary:
Drive the strategic integration of AI technologies within the organization to enhance business processes and outcomes.
Manage entire life cycles of AI projects, from initiation and data analysis to implementation and final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Champion the adoption of AI solutions across divisions in the bank.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Functional (job responsibilities)
- Project Delivery
Lead and oversee the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring and closure of AI projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge business requirements with company goals and technological readiness while communicating with stakeholders.
Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives.
Manage the allocation of appropriate resources within project scope and ensure commitment of the project team to commit to milestones and end goals.
Track project performance specifically to a division assigned.
2. Business Analysis
Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of AI and RPA solutions
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and validate solutions
Understand business goals, requirements and constraints to scope and facilitate delivery of AI projects.
Bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
Assist businesses to realize the benefits and value of AI initiatives, in the form of financial or non-financial justifications.
Run the Proof of Concept, alongside business, for value realization of the initiative.
Identify and communicate potential business risks and opportunities.
Proactively champion the potential of AI to business units and bring awareness as to generate demand for AI.
- Special Projects:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute special projects and initiatives
Provide project support and expertise as needed.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
Ensure AI projects adhere to established risk, compliance and governance protocols and PMO standards, such as including compliance within budget, timelines and framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI projects are integrated smoothly across all facets and interests.
Engage with key stakeholders at all levels to gather requirement, communicate impacts, and secure buy-in for ongoing and upcoming AI projects.
Jobholder Requirements:
Education/Qualification
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field.
Experience
At least 2 years of project management or business analyst and related roles.
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
Special Skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with both technical & non-technical stakeholders, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audience.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and workshops effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions to complex challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
