Business Analyst - AML (Mandarin Speaker)

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst (BA) role, preferably within the financial services industry, Project will kick start by January 2027.

Preferred Resource Profile

The resource should ideally possess experience in AML or Financial Crime Compliance technology initiatives and be capable of operating as a Business Analyst with strong technology engagement capabilities.

Key Experience

• Experience working across business and technology teams to elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.
• Proven ability to conduct workshops, current-state assessments, root cause analysis, gap assessments, solution design discussions, and testing activities.
• Experience supporting system enhancement projects, data remediation initiatives, or transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT processes, customer screening, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk assessment, or related financial crime systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Scope of Work

The resource will act as a Business Analyst / AML Technology Support Analyst responsible for investigating, assessing, documenting, coordinating, and assisting in the implementation of system.
