Business Analyst-Avaloq

Engage Business Users, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams to gather and analyze requirements

Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications for Avaloq

Perform functional and impact analysis on existing Avaloq processes and data

Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, process flows, and related documentation

Support regulatory initiatives and business enhancements

Support SIT and UAT, including test scenario preparation, defect clarification, and UAT sign-off support

Work closely with Avaloq Developers, Testers, and external vendors to ensure correct solution implementation

Support on-site activities such as requirement workshops, testing, and production readiness

Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives

Experience working with vendors and system integrators in a banking environment

Strong requirement analysis and documentation skills

Good understanding of Private Banking / Wealth Management operations

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Detail-oriented, structured, and delivery-focused

Willingness to work onsite based on project and operational needs
