Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a clear-thinking Business Analyst. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams to design and deliver secure, efficient banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work directly with business units to understand product needs, workflows, and pain points.
- Documentation: Create clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
- Process Mapping: Map end-to-end user journeys, process flows, and wireframes.
- Technical Bridge: Explain business logic clearly to development and QA teams to ensure alignment.
- UAT & Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test scenarios, and validate final deliverables before launch.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: 3 –5 years as a Business Analyst in Banking, Core Banking, Payments, or Wealth Management.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of banking operations, payment gateways, regulatory compliance, or digital banking workflows.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio/Draw.io, and basic SQL for data validation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills to present ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.
