Business Analyst Banking / Insurance (Malaysia)

Experience: 35 years

Certification: CCBA / ISTQB (preferred)

Location: Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business & functional requirements
  • Coordinate between business users and IT teams
  • Provide post-implementation application support
  • Ensure audit, risk, and process compliance
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, use cases, UI/GUI, and user stories
  • Support UAT, defect tracking, and timely issue resolution
