What You'll Be Doing -
- Manage and develop Microsoft Power App & Automate platform, provide enhancement, support and maintenance
- Develop trusted working relationships with IT leaders, business stakeholders and key users, internal IT resources and external vendors.
- Partner with key Business Users as needed in documenting and analysing as-is processes and business rules and designing future to-be processes.
- Ensure business requirements are fully understood, documented, analysed and validated by all parties.
- During implementation, provide support to stakeholders in helping them mediate and resolve issues/conflicts, obtain consensus on any changes in system scope & requirements and seek approval of change requests.
- Participate in enterprise integration projects, ensure system integrates seamlessly with existing IT systems and applications.
- Facilitate the development and review of the functional specs and technical specs to ensure it covers all requirements and meets the success criteria before signing off by reviewers.
- Ensure traceability tracking of all requirements across all related deliverables and work products across project lifecycle including functional specs, technical specs, test scripts, training materials, UAT and go live signoffs.
- Perform test planning and execution of test activities (including but not limited to SIT, UAT, data test, performance test, etc.)
- Provide coordination on requirements collection, user acceptance testing (UAT), application rollout, day-to-day applications operation & support, system maintenance and system enhancements.
- Develop or review of project plans, test plans, design specifications and other project documentations.
- Assist users to achieve their business strategies and objectives through IT solutions.
- Office base in KL and visit Overseas offices when necessary.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of business analysis best practices, and application and system integration methodologies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment. Experience in delivering and implementing Microsoft Power App & Automate projects is a plus.
- Ability to introduce new ways of working, influence behaviors, achieve sustainable change adoption to a diverse range of end users.
