Analyse existing Bank's credit systems by performing gap analysis and provide solutions or areas of improvement to meet Bank's business operational, functional and control requirements.
Explore and identify new software/service to be developed for business enhancement opportunities.
Engage with various business and support units including Information Technology and User Acceptance Testing team to ensure projects are delivered within the stipulated timeline.
Prepare user manuals, application configuration documents and other relevant reports and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving business objectives.
Requirements
A recognised degree in either Business or IT / Computer Science
At least 5 years of related experience in business / functional analysis, preferably for Loan Origination System.
Strong analytical, critical and creative thinking skills.
